BlindSpot Track

Terms of Service

Last updated: 30.08.2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BlindSpot Track (the "App"), operated by Kateryna Alieksieienko ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your Account

3. Nicknames and Conduct

4. Event Information

The App surfaces information about third-party events, venues, and locations — including timing, pricing, capacity, and accessibility details — sourced from a mix of organizers, public listings, and our own curation. We do our best to keep this accurate, but we don't control these venues or events, and we can't guarantee their accuracy, availability, or safety. Always verify important details (especially timing and location) independently before attending, and use your own judgment about any event or venue.

We are not responsible for anything that happens at a third-party event or venue. Attending events discovered through the App is at your own risk.

5. Discovery Pass (Free Trial)

New eligible accounts may receive a one-time free trial period ("Discovery Pass") with full access to Premium features. Each person is entitled to one Discovery Pass per account/email; we use anti-abuse measures to detect and prevent repeated trial claims, including across deleted and recreated accounts. Attempting to claim more than one Discovery Pass through multiple accounts, emails, or devices is a violation of these Terms.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

7. Content You Share

If you share events or content with friends through the App, you're responsible for what you share and to whom. Don't share anything you don't have the right to share, or that violates another person's privacy.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You're granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that event information will always be accurate or current.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to any harm, loss, or dispute arising from attending an event or venue discovered through the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you through the App or by email before the change takes effect. Continued use of the App after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, Poland.
