What is included in Premium?

Premium gives you unlimited reveals. See every hidden event's exact address at any time with no weekly limit. Everything else (browsing, filtering by day and category, friends) is already available on the Free plan.

How do notifications work?

The 10am notification schedules the next 7 days individually, each showing how many hidden events are happening that day in your city — counting everything regardless of your day, category, or distance filters, respecting only your LGBTQ+ Spaces setting. Pinned-event reminders arrive 2 hours before your pinned event starts.

How many reveals do I get on the Free plan?

One reveal per week, refreshing every Monday. New accounts also get a 14-day Discovery Pass with unlimited reveals to try things out.

Why didn't I receive 14 days of Premium?

The Discovery Pass is a one-time welcome offer per email address. If this email already used one before — even on a deleted account — a new signup goes straight to the Free plan instead. You can still subscribe anytime for Full Access.

What are Special Events?

Special Events are organized or co-organized by BlindSpot Track. Look for the golden “SPECIAL” badge on the event card. They are always fully revealed to everyone right away — no waiting or arrival needed. Tap the star icon at the top of the Events screen to view them all in one place, grouped by city, and turn on notifications for when they go live.

Why does the app want my location?

Location is only used to show how far away each event is. It's entirely optional — you can browse, and your city is always set manually, whether or not you share your location.

I'm not seeing any events all week — what's going on?

Check Profile → Radius: if it's set to 5 or 10 km instead of Unlimited, events farther away than that get hidden. Also check your category filters at the top of the Events screen — if one's selected, only that category shows. Switching Radius to Unlimited and clearing any category filter will bring everything back.

Why aren't event titles and descriptions translated?

Events are added by hand, and with how many go up every day, translating each one into every supported language isn't realistic — so event content is written in English by default. If an event only makes sense in its original language, it's posted in that language instead, and you'll see a “Languages:” note on the card. The rest of the app (menus, buttons, filters, this FAQ) is fully translated regardless.

Why don't the distances match Google Maps?

Before an event is revealed, the distance shown is a straight-line measurement — a direct line between you and the event, not following roads, so it's usually shorter than an actual walking distance would be. Once you reveal an event, the app shows real walking distance and time instead, calculated the same way Apple Maps would.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Subscription → Manage or Cancel Subscription in the app. Subscriptions are billed and managed entirely by Apple; this opens Apple's own subscription management screen.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete My Account, in the app. This permanently removes your account, profile, friend connections, and shared events. This action can't be undone.

How do I block or report someone?

Report a user from the Help screen in the app using “Report a User,” and manage blocked accounts from Settings → Privacy & Security → Blocked Users.
